Meet the Founder
House of KINFOLK was born from a simple belief: the brands we remember most are the ones that make us feel something.
My journey into entrepreneurship began in 2016 when I co-founded a floral and gift business on the Nike World Headquarters campus in Beaverton, Oregon. What started as a single storefront grew into three thriving retail locations, teaching me how thoughtful branding, intentional merchandising, and meaningful customer experiences shape the way people connect with a business.
Like so many small business owners, everything changed in 2020. When the Nike campus closed during the pandemic, our business came to an unexpected stop. While it was a difficult season, it also gave me the opportunity to rediscover my creativity and build something new.
That next chapter became KINFOLK Candle Co.
What began as a candle company became a complete brand. I developed products, designed packaging, built the website, photographed every collection, and created an experience rooted in comfort, connection, and the feeling of home.
As KINFOLK Candle grew, people began asking less about the candles themselves and more about the brand behind them—who designed the identity, built the website, styled the photography, and created the customer experience. Soon, business owners were reaching out for help creating brands that felt just as intentional and authentic.
That's when everything clicked.
I realized my passion wasn't just creating products—it was building brands.
Today, House of KINFOLK is the culmination of that journey. I partner with businesses to build thoughtful, enduring brands through strategy, design, photography, websites, retail experiences, signature products, and marketing. Every project is approached with the same care and intention I poured into building my own businesses.
Because I believe the best brands don't simply attract customers.
They make people feel at home.
